When I joined AKQA, they already had the green light to create a product for Chase that would help costumers to buy their new homes. But there was no user experience in place, yet.
I joined the team composed of an UX designer, a second art director, a copywriter and the account’s creative director. Together, we conceptualised and came up with a flexible step-by-step system that, based on the user’s progression, would provide the right content and tools they needed to take the next steps on their journey.
As an art director, my challenge was to create a visual language that would allow users to keep a clear track of their progress and would help them easily find the tools and information they needed to make their decisions.
