Chase commissioned AKQA to create a digital product to help first home buyers navigate the process of buying their new home.
I worked closely with the account’s creative director, the UX designer and the copywriter to conceptualise and build a flexible step-by-step system. At each step, based on the customer’s progress, the product provides the appropriate content and tools to help the customer take the next step on their journey.
As the art director, I created a visual language to allow users to easily track their progress and readily find the tools and information they need to make each of the decisions involved in buying a new home.
